Job Title: Estimator (Commercial, Residential & Municipal Projects)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial, residential, and municipal construction projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and proposals/bids to determine material requirements. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and able to work collaboratively with sales representatives to ensure competitive and precise bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, residential, and municipal projects
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work
- Solicit and evaluate vendor/supplier bids
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools
- Collaborate with sales representatives during bid preparation
- Ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets
- Project ordering
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in estimating software and spreadsheets
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Qualifications
- Prior knowledge or work experience in Construction project management or Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience in commercial, residential, or municipal construction
Knowledge & Experience
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Knowledge of municipal/public works bidding processes is a plus
- Experience with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Understanding of contracts, project scopes, and cost control practices
- Awareness of market pricing trends and supply chain factors

Job Title: Sales Associate (Milwaukee Tools & POS Sales)
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product selection, process transactions using a POS system, and promote premium tool brands including Milwaukee. If you enjoy working with people and have an interest in tools and sales, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in customers
- Recommend and sell Milwaukee tools and related products
- Operate the POS system accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counters
- Answer customer questions and provide product guidance
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred
- Experience using POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of power tools (Milwaukee experience is a plus)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to stand for extended periods

We’re seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Counter Sales & Equipment Rental Associate to join our team. This role blends retail sales, rental coordination, and product support, with a strong focus on customer service and knowledge of Milwaukee tools. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right tools and equipment while managing rental scheduling efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with tool and equipment purchases
- Recommend and sell Milwaukee tools and accessories
- Schedule and manage equipment rentals, including check-in/check-out
- Operate POS system for sales, rentals, and transactions
- Answer customer questions and provide product and rental guidance
- Coordinate availability, reservations, and returns of rental equipment
- Maintain accurate records of rentals and inventory
- Keep sales floor and rental area clean, organized, and stocked
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, counter sales, or equipment rental experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Milwaukee tools and general construction equipment is a strong plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
