Fishing is one of the easiest ways to get a family outdoors here, and the Lamoille River and the ponds around Lamoille County are right down the road. We keep the essentials stocked so you can pick up what you need on the way to the water instead of turning a morning trip into an afternoon errand.

Getting Kids Started

You do not need much to get a kid fishing. A short rod, line, a few hooks and bobbers, and a bucket will do it. Come in and we will put together a starter setup that will not cost much and will not frustrate a beginner in the first ten minutes.

Make a Day of It

Bring a cooler, add a couple of outdoor family games for the shore, and pack rain gear from our outdoor apparel selection in case the afternoon turns.
